Payment Instructions

• Payment is required on the 1st of the event month, to the banking details provided on your quote.
• Please do not pay using cash, e-wallet or cash send.
• Payment may be made whenever the client prefers; however, it is advisable to pay a deposit to secure the date in case someone else wishes to place a booking for the same date.
• Full payment is accepted, or a 30% deposit to secure the date.
• Please attach proof of payment (POP) upon payment.

Please note: the deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to cover external costs such as travel, preparation and equipment.

Cancellations

• Clients must provide a minimum of 1 week’s notice before the event to cancel.
• Cancellations within 6 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event qualify for a 30% refund, but only if full payment was made.
• If Adonai Sax cancels due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued and, if needed, a replacement will be suggested.

Changes to Playing Time & Rescheduling

• Clients may reduce the booked playing time after full payment, but no refund will be provided for the unused time.
• Clients may postpone their event if the new date falls on a day Adonai Sax is not already booked. If Adonai Sax is booked on the new date, the booking will be considered a cancellation with no refund.

Event Timing & Delays

• Each performance is booked for a specific time slot. If the programme runs late, a maximum grace period of 5 minutes is offered.
• Adonai Sax reserves the right to shorten or cancel the performance segment without refund, or to charge an overtime fee of R3,000 per hour, depending on availability and the schedule for the day.
• The overtime fee is payable on the spot, or in advance if delays are expected.
